Premier Properties Selected To Represent High-Rises At Bonita Bay
11/ 9/07 The Lutgert Companies has selected Premier Properties of Southwest Florida Inc. REALTORS as the exclusive representative of its high-rises at Bonita Bay. Premier Properties is staffing the sales and information center at the entrance of the 2,400-acre master-planned community and will handle new home sales at the luxury high-rises Esperia South, which opened in October; Tavira, where construction recently began; and Esperia North, where pre-construction sales are under way. High-rise homes are offered from $816,000 to nearly $3 million.
Premier Properties, the residential real estate division of The Lutgert Companies, has been the exclusive representative for the Lutgert high-rises on Park Shore Beach and also currently represents the Mercato residences in North Naples.
